For nine years it had been in the stands at Nat Bailey Stadium as a Vancouver Canadians’ season-ticket-holder. For the last six of those years, he found his sweet spot in a seat a few rows up between home plate and third base.

It’s a special place.” “You get to the game and you forget anything bad that might have happened in your day. It’s that kind of place,” David Milton said.because C’s owners Jake Kerr and Jeff Mooney, and team president Andy Dunn, have shown that people like Milton matter to them.He’s a part-time, seasonal employee. There are those of us who have worked full-time for the same employer for decades who wouldn’t receive that kind of treatment.
Lazar says that last season without the Canadians was more difficult than the first year. There was hope that the C’s might return to The Nat at various points in 2021.
