It will base screening instead on higher-risk sexual behaviour. What's going on here with the term 'men who have sex with men'? I keep seeing this instead of 'gay men'. No other opinion but confused with the phrasing being pushed by gov't. Insanity They have been testing donated blood for HIV since 2001, along with other diseases. High risk sexual behaviour doesn't change that and that restriction will just be used to exclude people for social reasons, and not actual scientific ones.
