The price of WCS averaged around US$36.82 a barrel in January. If it costs $10.00 to make a barrel of Canadian oil that's worth only $5.00, who pays for the loss ? I'm dumb and don't understand the math. Can someone explain how Canada can keep on 'producing' oil ?
