The 22-year-old was confronted by the bus driver after refusing to pay her fare when boarding a bus on The Esplanade in Paradise Point on Friday afternoon, sparking the alleged incidents.READ MORE:When an 85-year-old woman, also from Paradise Point, tried to intervene, she too was allegedly assaulted.

The driver removed the woman from the bus, and other members of the public "assisted in holding her" until police arrived. "I just got hold of her, she wouldn't get on the ground, I told her to get on the ground, then I just put her on the ground," witness Katerina Tid told Nine News. "It was hectic the poor bus driver had her and she was belting him... she was shattered, she was literally shaking."The woman allegedly assaulted a bus driver and elderly woman on The Esplanade in Paradise Point.
