‘Absolutely essential’: Urgent IVF callsVictorian Premier Daniel Andrews is facing desperate calls to reverse a deeply unpopular decision on IVF procedures. Same can be said for many ‘elective’ procedures in VIC. Surgeons/day hospitals stood down, despite being unsuitable to draw upon to help with covid. ‘Elective’ is everything other than ‘emergencies.’ Includes IVF, joint operations, hand operations etc., and colonoscopies etc. I don't recall what special abilities Dumbo had, but if anyone is likely to have them, it's this guy.
