“Energy prices are set by supply and demand, there’s no physical limitations on supply – we’ve got plenty of all of the fossil fuels,” Mr Epstein told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “Demand is not abnormally high by historical standards, so what’s really happening is artificial restrictions on supply.”
