Jarden’s equity desk has launched a $468 million block trade in Endeavour Group after market close on Tuesday, seeking buyers for 5 per cent of the alcoholic drinks retailer, hotel operator, and poker machine operator.The seller was Woolworths Group, offloading 89.7 million shares. Before the selldown, Woolworths held 9.10 per cent of Endeavour shares on issue.
