Australia has joined with allies to impose new sanctions on North Korea for supplying weapons to Russia , explaining deepening ties between the two rogue nations posed had"grave security implications" for both Europe and the Indo-Pacific region.Foreign Minister Penny Wong has announced new sanctions on North Korea over its"flagrant" shipping of weapons to Russia in violation of international law.
