The incident happened on a Russian flight, about 15 minutes after it had left the Russian city of Vladivostok, the Daily Mail reported.

The woman was arrested when the plane arrived at its destination, Tolmachevo airport in Novosibirsk, Siberia. She allegedly told police she had taken a synthetic drug prior to boarding the flight in Vladivostok.
