Two years before a Gold Coast mother was allegedly murdered by her husband, she told her neighbour to go to the police if she didn't return from an overseas trip because he would have killed her.

Today in the Brisbane Supreme Court, Glenn Ronald Liscombe said Ms Chardon had once told him she feared her husband might kill her.
