Khawaja to open if he’s fit, Harris to 3. Starc shouldn’t play in Birmingham, conditions don’t suit him at all. We finally have some depth in the batting. Two of Patterson, Burns & Wade will have to miss out. Maybe even all 3 if they go with Labuschagne at 6.
