According to the White House, Israel will announce each window at least three hours in advance which will allow civilians to flee.Sky News’ Mark Stone reports “there has been a gulf” between what the White House wants and what Israel is doing. “Israel, for tactical reasons probably, has not been willing to grant long pauses of the type United Nations and others have wanted.”
