A group of disgruntled AFLW players have been urged by their lawyers to reject a new CBA put forward by the AFLPA and the league.

Lawyers representing disgruntled AFLW players are urging their clients to reject a new collective bargaining agreement to be put forward by the AFL Players' Association and the AFL.

"If I were a player I'd be voting no because I wouldn't want to vote for something I hadn't seen," senior associate at Maurice Blackburn, Jacinta Lewin, told AAP. "This is really a classic example of inadequate consultation and not listening to the players' representatives. "The proposed AFLW CBA has been provided to all players and is now open for player vote," an AFLPA spokesman said.
