The accurate shooting of Jhaniele Fowler helps West Coast to a win over the Magpies, putting the Fever in the top four.

West Coast Fever has produced its best performance of the Super Netball season to beat the Collingwood Magpies 71-57 in Brisbane. The victory, West Coast's third of the season, puts the side in the top four, leapfrogging the Adelaide Thunderbirds, who have a game in hand.West Coast then had a strong start to the second term, and looked set to put the game beyond reach, before a late run of goals to the Magpies brought the margin back to 39-30 at the half.

At one point, the Magpies closed to within six, but they could not keep the momentum and West Coast ran out comfortable winners.A back injury kept captain Courtney Bruce out of the Fever's one-goal win over the Magpies in round three but the Diamonds defender stood out with six intercepts and eight deflections.

"I feel like I've been building and to actually get 60 minutes out there, feeling really confident and good with the work out the front, it felt great," Bruce said as the Fever moves into fourth spot ahead of Sunday's clash with the Sunshine Coast Lightning. For Collingwood, Ryde finished with 25 goals from 29 attempts and Nelson had 12 goals from 14 shots, while Sinclair hit seven super shots from 12 attempts.
