New South Wales Health Minister Brad Hazzard says despite concerns the B.A.2 Omicron subvariant may cause a rise in COVID-19 infections, the government is reluctant to reimpose more restrictions.

NSW Health officials are concerned the BA.2 Omicron subvariant may be responsible for a spike in cases over the past week.
