Wallaroos News

Australia,Canada,Pacific Four Series

It wasn't the start to the Pacific Four Series the Wallaroos were hoping to make, but they feel they're heading in the right direction despite the 33-14 scoreline against the Canadians.

The Wallaroos are urging fans to keep the faith after showing vast improvement in a series-opening 33-14 Pacific Four loss to Canada in Sydney.

Jo Yapp's Australian side, though, were left heartened after showing significant strides since a 45-7 defeat to Canada in Ottawa 10 months ago. Alas, instead of taking advantage of their one-player advantage with Grant in the sin-bin, the Wallaroos conceded a fifth try to find themselves trailing 33-14.
