If the solution is not working (suicide rate clearly indicates this) then change it. Culturally inclusive solutions especially for our indigenous people should always be considered. The wonderful thing about law is that it can change to become contemporary to society’s needs.

Well if only the date of Australia day was changed, this wouldn't happen anymore, right?
