Unfortunately the type of person that drives whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol will also drive while suspended or disqualified. Indefinite impoundment of their car and or destruction, is a real consequence that should be considered.
Incorrect. The driver test does not detect impairment. Drivers are unfairly punished for trace amounts of select drugs inc THC, which is proven safer than alcohol. No reason other than Minister hates these ppl. This policy PUSHES alcohol, undetectable & drugs w short life WApol
If they are hit while they are under the influence of drugs, will it hurt? It doesn’t hurt much when you’re hit when you’re drunk.
