Vulnerable people trying to find love online should soon be better protected as dating apps, governments and police join forces to stamp out sexual violence.Social Services Minister Amanda Rishworth, who is hosting the meeting with Communications Minister Michelle Rowland, said she would discuss measures that could prevent abusive behaviour such as requiring background checks.

“The other area that we really need to get better at is making sure that those who have experienced violence have a say in how companies respond,” she said.“We know that women are more likely than men to experience online harm, particularly sexualised, violent and threatening abuse,” she said. eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant said dating apps needed to take more responsibility for stamping out bad behaviour.

“One of the big problems we see is recidivism, where perpetrators are permanently banned but are still able to create a new account using a different device or email address,” the commissioner told AAP.“These harms reflect broader cultural patterns,” she will tell the meeting.

'Eventually there was enough pressure and he dropped everything and went there,” she told Sky News host Paul Murray. “So, I do applaud that he's at least made that move and there is going to be some meaningful action that will help eleviate some of the suffering there because it is out of control.” Albo truly is the biggest useless incompetent lying corrupt Fwit of a PM this country has ever had. The only thing he is good at is photo ops and his twitter account. Other than that he is a braindead loser who should not be in power. Like most lefties really. And when he got there, did he just get chauffeured to that boardroom office & that’s where he sat? To just come back with “we’ll consider reinstating the alcohol ban”? He could have done that from his Canberra Office if that’s all he’s got. Should’a listened to Jacinta Price. Only lasted a few hours because he ran back to Canberra with his tail between his legs. Seems humble up bring actually means privileged and couldn’t careless
