Vixen's goal-shooter Mwai Kumwenda scored 36 from 37 shots, and goal-attack Rahni Samason added 13 from 15, plus three super shots, as the hosts shot at 91 per cent accuracy. The Giants scored 10 of their 14 super shots though Jo Harten and Sophie Dwyer , but missed 10 regular shots for an overall accuracy of 80 per cent.
The Vixens, who have gone from wooden spooners last season to minor premiers this, will now head to Perth to face the West Coast Fever in the grand final next week.
