The incident marked the end of a week that saw three other assaults and the stabbing of a 13-year-old boyWhat had begun as a house party on Saturday night had spilled onto Moulden's Bonson Terrace by 9pm, when a fight between two groups of youths."I heard the crack, as soon as I heard the crack and he fell I ran straight over, because the way he dropped, that was pretty scary," Ms Keegan said.

"And all the people that were around they were still carrying on and fighting, and the boy was just laying there."

Unfortunately since the Royal Commission into Youth in Custody, youth seem to have no fear of crime and violence. People forget young people need boundaries and discipline to keep in boundaries. I appreciate the royal commission happen for a reason, but the community is hurting
