Police have charged a 23-year-old Geelong East woman after a video emerged showing her allegedly taunting the elderly woman before shoving her against a wall, grabbing her hair and throwing her to the ground.
The video then shows the woman allegedly kicking the victim a number of times while she lies on the ground before bystanders intervene.Police allege the woman was near a Moorabool Street shopping centre about 1.20pm.
