The Andrews government has faced three court challenges over lost work as a result of the state's second wave lockdown measures.

The Andrews government has faced three court challenges over lost work as a result of the state's second wave measures. Small business owner Michelle Loielo launched a Supreme Court writ claiming the controversial curfew was disproportionate, unreasonable and a violation of human rights. Ms Loielo said lockdowns were responsible for a 99 per cent loss in her revenue.

A separate class action was launched on behalf of retrenched workers who claimed their job losses were a direct result of Victoria's lockdown measures. The lead plaintiff - a 21-year-old warehouse worker - claimed stage four restrictions were imposed as a direct result of hotel quarantine failures made by the Andrews government. The court challenges join another class action launched last month.

Has faced? What was the outcome? Did the lawyers or judge point out to the complainants that a Public Health order trumps the Human Rights charter? We still have the right to fresh air, food and medical care.

At least one of the actions is from a Liberal party wannabe, but let's gloss over that.

He should face charges of treason against the Victorian people.

Just wonder if these people would be doing this if they had lost a close family member due to COVID
