Publican Lisa McKay said she decided to make her position clear after hearing from customers worried about who would be allowed into her pub once restrictions were lifted. I hope every venue or shop will let people know who they are willing to let in, so, I can avoid those places.

Heard her interview on ABC Melb this afternoon. She came across as someone who gets thier primary news from Facebook and values those opinions as “science” over actual science. Problem is I’m guessing there are 100K’s just like her. These will be why we don’t get above 70% vax

Unsurprising- people are tired, they want to go back to the pub and forget about all this. Blame lies on the governments of the states and the federal government that didn’t press to vaccinate earlier in the year when we were at zero. Now people are sick and tired of this crap…
I think that is cool. Those vaccinated are protected. Many cannot be vaccinated. Some prefer to take the risk. A pub is a meeting place not an exclusive club.

Lisa Mc Kay is in breach of her duty of care, recklessly, so her occupiers liability insurance will be void at law, a delinquent marketing strategy that will bankrupt her. Also a known risk of contagion that is ignored, is an OHS crime and a crime against food sale and prep laws.
