The Victorian Government says about "70 to 80 per cent" of healthcare workers infected with COVID-19 during the second wave caught it at work. Victoria's Chief Medical Officer Andrew Wilson today revealed that more than half of the infections among healthcare workers occurred in aged care.

The Victorian Governments ability to state the obvious is remarkable. Next they'll tell you that they provided the spread too.
No. Really. How many months did it take them to work it out? How many thousands of Health Care Workers infected? That after the benefit of seeing the rest of the world dealing with a full frontal first wave. Sorry but no jumping of joy here.
And 90% of them were asymptomatic in line with world data and, being asymptomatic were, according to several newly released studies (and our whole history over the last 100 years of understanding how viruses work) were almost completely incapable of spreading.

These 'health care heroes' have been pretty useless infecting each other and even non-covid patients in non-covid hospitals must have all skipped infection control 🙄
Isn’t it interesting that there are tens and tens (if not a hundred) of thousands of front line workers like nurses, docs, police - who are in the absolute thick of the public... yet none of them have died of C19. 🤷♂️ just sayin.
