Victorian coronavirus cases rise to 821 as state implements 'stage three' shutdown

Victoria has moved to"stage three" coronavirus restrictions, as the state recorded 56 more confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 821.

Premier Daniel Andrews said from midnight tonight, Victorians face on-the-spot fines of more than $1,600 if they breach coronavirus restrictions that limit gatherings to just two people.gatherings would be limited to two people under"radical" measuresThe two-person limit does not apply to people who live in the same house, and excludes workplaces and schools.

Under this new stage 3 rule can a son or daughter still visit their parents at their house with or without their spouse or with gf or bf pending what type of relationship?
