There’s a whopping $16m+ home price gap between Victoria’s most and least expensive streets. Find out the state’s lowest and highest-priced residential stretches

A four-bedroom house at 11 Linlithgow Rd, Toorak, set on 1794sq m, sold for $16.25m in February.Mr Chiminello described the “tree-lined and quiet” Linlithgow Rd as “a bit of a hidden gem in the Toorak market”.

High-end Morrell and Koren buyer’s advocate Dave Morrell said Linlithgow Rd had a local reputation as “the unluckiest street in Toorak” after some residents experienced misfortune and a decades-ago dispute between wealthy neighbours led to one of them spending time in prison. At a more affordable level, this two-bedroom house at 20 Pioneer St, Manangatang, is for sale with $124,950 price hopes.

However, these days richlisters continue to flock to Linlithgow Rd with eight houses in the street fetching prices between $11m-20m since 2011.
