Victoria’s COVID-19 cases rise

The surge is almost 100 cases higher than figures recorded on Saturday, as the state battles the second wave of the virus.Seven of the 10 fatalities are linked to aged care outbreaks.COVID-19 has so far claimed the lives of 71 Victorians.
