Mr Andews said 14 of the 19 new fatalities were linked to the state’s troubled aged care sector.
He also revealed another 100 “mystery cases”, totaling 2903 cases with an unknown source in the state. The Premier also said the state’s hardship payment – which has already been made to more than 24,000 eligible businesses - would double from $5,000 to $10,000.
