Crowds are fleeing East Gippsland with the fire danger set to increase over the weekend.
A watch and act warning has just been issued for a bushfire near Lake Condah, north-west of Port Fairy, which is not under control. As the catastrophic fire season continues to intensify across much of Australia’s east coast, AGL urged volunteer firefighters to provide their volunteer ID numbers in order to receive bill relief of up to $150 per customer on their next invoice.
