Protesters sought to ‘hound’ Cardinal George Pell ‘to his grave’Protesters sought to “hound Cardinal George Pell to his grave” outside St Mary’s Cathedral during his funeral on Thursday, according to Sky News host Peta Credlin. “Outside the Church, amongst the protesters, I saw footage of their signs railing against same-sex marriage and abortion, and what struck me was their ignorance,” she said. “These are traditional church teachings that they oppose, fair enough, don't follow the Catholic faith as I suspect many of them don’t. “But don't abuse Cardinal Pell from following his faith on these matters because what he taught was the Church's doctrine, not something he just invented himself.” Cardinal Pell is in the hands of God now and only he can judge him, NOT the LMBTQ community. Period. They would break open the coffin , mob trial & hang him from a tree, etc They are mad zealots! With 1-3 having a plausible legal defence! Dom_Perrottet AlboMP ChrisMinnsMP less so! Yeah not reading about religion but headline if you get a divorce C ofE (bad as Catholics )who gets the kids and the house. Yet another human construct that espouses community, love, acceptance and inclusiveness,,,,so long as you fit within its goal posts that are cemented in to the ground with a mixture of hatred, fear, exclusion, apathy and derision!
