Vaccine passport for the football backed by key club chairman

AFL fans across most of the country have been forced to watch games from the living room in the past month as COVID outbreaks in South Australia, Victoria and Sydney have forced crowds out of stadiums.It comes after Prime Minister Scott Morrison alluded to the policy on Sunday which would allow the vaccinated to attend particular events, or be exempt from certain restrictions such as border closures.

“For those who've taken the decision to get vaccinated, then there should be the ability for them to be less, less imposed upon in terms of the restrictions, because they’ve taken the decision to improve the public health position of the country.” “You have a choice of being vaccinated or not, the health advice from the authorities around the world strongly recommends we all need that herd mentality vaccination to get over this pandemic to save lives,” he said.

Mr Johnson flagged full vaccination as a “condition of entry to nightclubs and other venues where large crowds gather” by the end of September.

Include vaccine passports for restaurants, clubs, pubs, entertainment venues, interstate travel, hospital visits etc. Reward the vaccinated, encourage others. The deniers can make their own arrangements!
