The University of Sydney has now called in police to investigate alleged “potential unlawful conduct” linked to pro-Palestinian student encampments, Sky News host Sharri Markson says.
This follows allegations the protesters engaged in inappropriate behaviour by entering buildings and harassing staff as the University of Sydney remains on high alert. Chancellor Scott’s email said, ‘We are investigating these violations of our policies in the usual way, including cooperating with police investigations where alleged unacceptable conduct might have broken the law.’
