'Biden would win if US election was held today' | Sky News AustraliaUS Studies Centre Non-Resident Fellow James Brown says “Joe Biden would end up being president” if the US election was held today. \n\nRecent polls have seen Democratic nominee Joe Biden take the lead ahead of President Donald Trump in the leadup up to the November election. \n\nMr Brown told Sky News the betting markets “clearly see that if the election was held today Joe Biden would win by some margin”. \n\n “There will be people that will support [Trump] in November no matter what because they’re worried Biden is going to destroy the economy by moving to the left… that he will be too focused on identity politics and political correctness - but [Trump] is starting to lose support amongst groups that did support him in 2016,” he said. \n\n“What’s changed? Well Biden is a more likeable candidate than Hillary Clinton was and also people have had the chance to see how the President performs.\n\n“There was hope that he would be able to achieve the unachievable in 2016 when he was elected, now they’ve seen the President often struggles to execute his policies and he’s a very unstable leader.” \n\nImage: AP JoeBiden ☺😃😊😁😃☺😃😊😃😁 JoeBiden What has James Brown been right about?
