'It has just been unbearable': Juliet invested $265,000 before swim school folded | carawaters

and still waiting for a refund or for the build to start up to two years later.

Associated business Jump Loops continues to trade but faces a wind up application in Victoria on June 6. "Over the course of the coming weeks, the administrator will be assessing the financial position of the company with a view to developing a recommendation for the future of the company for consideration by creditors," Mr O'Kearney said.

"The company has been hamstrung with ongoing legacy issues with multiple leases on premises that were unable to gain approvals," the spokesperson said. "This has resulted in an increase in costs and legal expenses that were simply no longer viable for the company."Mr Campbell said earlier this year about 80 franchisees were still waiting for a swim school site or development approval.

White House unveils part of Middle East 'deal of the century' planThe White House has unveiled the first part of President Donald Trump's Mideast peace plan: a conference in June to boost the economy in Palestinian areas. To qualify for nationhood you need the civil infrastructure, back in the 50's Palestine was on its way to that goal merely Israel got there first. The idea was to allow Palestine the opportunity to reach that goal and submit their own claim, but Israel hasn't made it easy. On one hand Israel has been remarkably patient, they have honoured the U.N plan in most appearances, but they have used their control of surrounding areas to debilitate the Palestinians, slow the natural growth of the economy, obviously Israel wants the land not another country. I'd say it's a package deal, if Israel want the land they get the people who live there with it, there's no outcome where it's fair to separate Palestinians from their home.
