Never liked it! Always thought it was horrible and to be avoided

It no longer feels like a holiday destination. It’s like going to a chaotic city with a bit of beach chucked in. We just don’t go there anymore 😔

It always was a dive, under the surface. Highly commercial and focused on business and tourism to the detriment of livability. Its just now worse.

Went to the Robina shopping centre a year ago, it was just a desolate retail wasteland of empty shops, could not buy a decent lunch even. Went to the Apple shop, got an iPad and left as fast as I arrived.

Time to split the state into 3, north central and southern

It is Australia's version of Miami.

This is what happens when you have corrupt Councils, State Governments and greedy developers running the joint. This schoolies fiasco they have every year is a joke just to encourage idiots to trash the place and is encouraged by local Councils.
