Ride-sharing service Uber has accepted a UK court's decision finding drivers to be workers and not contractors.
It will grant them more workplace rights but will only apply to those who were using the app in 2016. Britain's Supreme Court found they should be entitled to basic protections including minimum wage and holiday pay. Uber will launch a consultation process to ensure it complies.
