Rob Whittaker and Israel Adesanya successfully weighed in on Saturday in front of a raucous crowd at Marvel Stadium ahead of their middleweight title unification bout at UFC 243.In front of his home fans, Whittaker came in at 185 lbs, while Adesanya tipped the scales at 184 lbs, before the two faced off. It was the last time they’ll have to look at each other before they step foot in the cage on Sunday.

Whittaker hasn’t fought since mid-2018; most recently withdrawing on fight day earlier this year at UFC 234. Now, he’s back in Melbourne, and hoping to make it to the Octagon for his first home title defence.
