UBS and Barrenjoey’s bankers have made a seven-page pitch to lure Australia’s big superannuation funds and institutional investors to a $1 billion-plus infrastructure auction across the Tasman.

Co, are seeking a buyer for telecommunications infrastructure owned by Vodafone New Zealand.

UBS and Barrenjoey pitched the new TowerCo as “NZ’s largest independent tower company with future growth underpinned by long-term contracts and industry tailwinds”, according to the seven-page document obtained by Street Talk.
