Author and business coach Fiori Giovanni was charged with child homicide over the death of her seven-month-old daughter Illen in July 2020.
“Ms Giovanni you are therefore discharged from your undertaking of bail in respect of this matter and that otherwise concludes proceedings before this court,” judicial registrar Tim Freeman said.Police alleged in charge sheets that Ms Giovanni killed the girl in circumstances that would “constitute manslaughter” except for her age. They claimed the mum left the infant unattended.
