Jetstar has kicked started a return to air travel by releasing 10,000 seats for $19 each way. 9News

Jetstar will add sale fares for routes to and from Western Australia and Tasmania when their borders reopen.

A further 190,000 seats will be available at reduced prices – like Brisbane to Mackay from $49, Sydney to Hamilton Island from $79 and Brisbane to Darwin from $79."They are offering triple points on any Qantas flight you book but you have to book before June 27 and fly before end of October," he said.

"It's going to put pressure on those state that haven't been quite clear yet about when they are opening their borders," Ms Osmond said.
