He said he already saw signs of widespread electoral fraud in key states, especially in postal voting. He said he was calling on his supporters to act as unofficial election scrutineers. He foreshadowed he would challenge the results. "We might not know for months," Mr Trump said. "This is not going to end well."

What Biden ought to be doing is imploring Dems to be fair & to let everyone freely express their opinion via the vote no matter who they're voting for. There hasn't been any instances so far of GOP members interfering with voting process but plenty of evidence of Dems' fraud.
Fair & free election results will be accepted. Any fraud will be contested in court & it will take a while before all comes to light. Don't forget some military votes for Trump, Dems operative threw in a river, there were other votes found in a bin. Those are instances of fraud.
