A truck collided with at least 19 cars at a busy intersection in the Sydney suburb of Moorebank on Saturday afternoon before it crashed into a school classroom, which was thankfully empty.
Emergency services rushed to the intersection of Nuwarra and Newbridge roads at about 1:15pm when police understand the truck hit 19 vehicles before crossing onto the footpath.It then ploughed through metal gates and crashed into an empty classroom of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School where it finally came to a stop.
They were subsequently taken to Liverpool Hospital to be treated for what police understand to be non-life-threatening injuries. The truck is set to be towed away so it can undergo a mechanical examination while the building is being checked for structural damage.The incident caused considerable damage to cars in the vicinity.
