A 29-year-old man from Victoria has been charged with dangerous driving following a near miss at a level crossing.
Last month rail freight operator Aurizon released footage of the incident, which occurred on February 10 near Norseman, about 700 kilometres south-east of Perth. Police have confirmed that a 29-year-old Victorian man has been charged with dangerous driving and will appear in Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court on April 29.Police allege that the train's horn was sounded to get the truck driver's attention, but it had no effect.
