Emergency services were called to the Great Eastern Highway at Clackline, about 80km northeast of Perth , shortly after midnight on Thursday.
In a statement, police said the silver Nissan Navara was travelling east when it left the road and struck a tree. All four male occupants, aged nine, 19, 21, and 45, suffered critical injuries and tragically died at the scene.
