All developers of High rise should have to provide some green space for kids to play. Or purchase a house, knock it down and create more parks around their suburb. More Green space produces more oxygen.
Wish we enjoyed smthg like this in Toronto. We hv long tradition of streethockey; we also hv a long tradition of cops (like it or not) shooing kids off streets in older suburbs like innerwest. The traffic and the unbroken line of parked cars are the worst. BradMBradford
