hahahahaha. while people want only the best and brand new they will never be able to afford it. an old house for $250k and another 100k to renovate it vs $250k and $1.5mil to build a new one on the land.
Fair go is alive & well… but you have to get off your backside & earn it. That’s the missing link. Too many now have zero work ethic, don’t strive to achieve, simply think they should be given everything. A societal shift to socialism is born of apathy, laziness & ignorance.
