Sky News US political commentator Joe Hockey says the energy US President Donald Trump is currently generating is “having an impact on the election”.

“I went down to North Carolina over the weekend and spent a bit of time in a couple of towns that are significant swing towns,” Mr Hockey told Sky News host Paul Murray.

“The number of people who said to me, ‘I’m a Trump person, but don’t tell anyone’, was kind of astounding and it took myself and some of the others I was with by surprise. “How many shy Trump voters are out there, who will not respond to polls, who are determined to vote on the third of November. “Certainly, the energy Donald Trump is generating at the moment is having an impact on the election.”

Donald Trump is the only world leader fighting ‘climate totalitarianism’ | Sky News AustraliaOnly those who believe in the “new religion of climate change” will have any place in the new world if Joe Biden is elected president, according to Sky News host Rowan Dean.\n\nHe said anyone even dare debate the 'fundamentalist dogma' of climate change will risk branding themselves a heretic.\n\nMr Dean pointed to the ‘Great Reset’ a “quasi-fascist version of the Green New Deal” which is supported by the IMF, the World Economic Forum, and the UN and aims to “by their own admission” use the tools of COVID suppression and adapt them to the “so-called crisis of climate change”.\n\n“With over 80 per cent of the world's energy still reliant upon fossil fuels, these religious zealots wish to plunge us all into some post-COVID dystopian nightmare of climate subservience,” he said.\n\nAt this point in time, the only significant world leader who wants to “halt this slide into climate totalitarianism” is US President Donald Trump, according to Mr Dean.\n\n“He withdrew from the Paris Agreement which is the first and fundamental political and legislative block that allows parliaments to begin implementing the ‘Great Reset’.”\n JoeBiden rowandean Donald trump is a douche pure and simple. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a douche. And that’s that.... JoeBiden rowandean JoeBiden rowandean Sky is the slow kid in the class. If he paid attention he would realise the ‘new religion’ is renewables. Australia has all the resources, industry that is ripe for retooling and the season to go all out on infrastructure. Shame the bus is slow getting there.

Big tech and the corrupt media 'is against me': Trump | Sky News AustraliaUS President Donald Trump has told his supporters in Nevada that big tech and 'their allies in the mainstream media' are trying to censor and downplay conservative voices.\n\nPresident Trump's comments come after Facebook and Twitter were heavily criticised last week after they censored a NY Post article that reported emails showing Hunter Biden allegedly helped set up a meeting between his father and an adviser to a Ukrainian energy company.\n\nThe social media giants advised they are limiting the distribution of the story on their platforms until a third party contractor can 'fact check' the article.\n\nTwitter subsequently apologised for its actions regarding censoring the NY Post story on its platforms.\n\nThe tech giant's decision to censor the story has prompted calls for the repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which shields online platforms from being held liable for what their users publish on their platforms.\n\nSection 230 also contains a provision that leaves it entirely in the hands of social media companies to take down content it deems to be offensive or deceptive.\n\nPresident Trump told a rally in Nevada.\n\n'I am running against a leftwing media, big tech giants and a corrupt political class a corrupt political party in the Democrats.\n\n'But they went after the wrong president.\n\n'Any other president has not been able to withstand it...these people are evil.\n\n'Where is Hunter (Biden)? But Joe is far more corrupt than Hunter he is getting a piece of everything.\n\n'All we are hearing is 'we can't talk about this thing'...can you imagine if Donald Trump Junior's laptop, or Eric Trump, these are good kids, but they have been brutalised by these maniacs.'\n\n\n\n\n\n realDonaldTrump The tide is turning with those patriots.
