The ABC going on strike while the RBA announces the next rate decision is an “insult to Australians”, according to The Daily Telegraph’s Editor, Ben English.

“It’s laughable and highly ironic that you have at a time when households … depend on the ABC for their information at such a crucial time,” Mr English told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“Here’s a group of employees that are pretty much outside the normal economy; I mean, their jobs are never at risk, they act as a collective organisation, and they are basically outside the real world.”

Just defund the ABC now.

Who would miss the ABC?

Why isn't the govt cutting immigration to ease the housing crisis? Why isn't anybody asking the govt why they aren't cutting immigration to ease the housing crisis?

Generally speaking, Australians don't care about interest rate hikes.

Sky news insulting our intelligence again. Why do they do it

I blame the coalition, twelve years they had to dismantle the ABC, golden opportunity missed.

RBA giving the nation ‘brain damage’: Mark Bouris unleashes on Philip LoweYellow Brick Road Home Loans Executive Chairman Mark Bouris says the Reserve Bank of Australia is giving the nation 'brain damage' over their handling of inflation. “One minute there saying interest rates are not going up until 2024, go borrow money at fixed rates at 0.2 per cent and you’ll be sweet,” Mr Bouris told Sky News Australia. 'The next minute there telling us we have to control inflation, we’ve got to control wages, we are just going to keep putting rates up. Mr Bouris he does not believe Governor Philip Lowe and the RBA really 'know what they're doing'. 'They're crossing their fingers hoping they're going to get it right”. Hilarious.. LOL, no one had a bad word for the RBA when they reduced the interest rates to nearly zero. Yet as soon as they increase interest rates to slow inflation down, which is known to work and used worldwide. They are giving everyone brain damage. Nonsense, everyone knew it was coming. Starting to bite the home loan industry, eh ... ?
