In the video, the woman appears to reach for the officer, who stands back and fires five shots toward her. Floyd Rubin, who shares two children with Ms Turner, said that police have not shared any details with his family about the shooting.The officer's name has not been released, but Baytown police said he is an 11-year veteran of the department. He is on paid administrative leave as authorities investigate.
